I’m fascinated by this garment and have a few questions: How was the belt secured in back, and how was it fringed, was the excess at the seems cut into fringe? Also, what type of thread was used in stitching it together, and what was used for the embroidery?

Amazing
I am on the water every day and can see this would be perfect on fall day in the Rockies.
